Over the past 6 years I have built up a large database of potential buyers, people who have made  enquiriies about businesses for sale on the Garden Route. Many of them are still looking, hoping for the right opportunity to come along. It is possible that I already have a buyer for your business.

Apart from finding a buyer for your business I can also assist you in other ways, such as providing a valuation of your business, assistance with the preparation of the documentation which will be required by potential buyers, or advice and assistance in preparing your business for a successful sale.

Many of the potential buyers I referred to earlier are either based here, or have already purchased property in the area, and are planning to move here permanently in the near future. They have sold a previous business, or have taken retrenchment packages or early retirement, which means that they have cash available for the acquisition of a new business.

When we are unable to offer buyers exactly what they are looking for, we retain their details with an undertaking to actively search for a business that will meet their requirements. For this purpose we advertise in the local papers, and also make direct approaches to potential sellers. This does mean, however, that if you are considering selling your business, there is a good chance of us already having a potential buyer, who could be looking for exactly the kind of business that you are selling. Often we are able to offer businesses for sale to serious buyers, without the need to advertise.
